The work:
Our FOODmap methodology was extended to map and measure major
categories at a state level which included meat, seafood, poultry, eggs, dairy, fruit & veg, wine and grains.
The report provides an assessment of the relative risks to the domestic supply of each major food sector based on our assessment methodology which takes account of current food supply chains, trade flows and consumption.
This framework provides the basis for future projections of Victoria’s food supply chains.
